The Consulate General of Lebanon in Los Angeles translates the following documents: extract of civil status (Ikhraj Kayd), Lebanese I.D. cards, driver’s licenses, birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates to English. Please note that all civil documents must be authenticated by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Please Send the Following:

1. The original document to be translated with two additional photocopies.
2. A letter showing the spelling of all names in Latin characters.
3. A self-addressed, stamped return envelope.
4. Fee: a $30 money order payable to the Consulate General of Lebanon in Los Angeles.
