• The car must have been owned by the applicant for a minimum period of one year.
• The car may not be more than five years old.
• The car is subject to the relevant custom duties in Lebanon.  

Required Documents

1. The title of ownership of the car.
2. The original invoice showing that the car has been paid in full.
3. A self-addressed stamped return envelope.
4. Fee: a $30 money order payable to the Consulate General of Lebanon in Los Angeles.
