- The official American marriage certificate
- A recent Extract of Civil Status (Ikhraj Kaid Ifradi) or a Family Extract (Ikhraj Kaid Aa’ili)
- A birth certificate for non-Lebanese spouses (an official translation to Arabic is required if the certificate is neither in English nor in French).
- A return self-addressed stamped envelope.
